# Triage Adjustments - Context menu with triage actions (can also be enabled inside the Queue in Settings → Videos) - Option to show “queue first” as a button inside the inbox (Settings → Videos) # Force YouTube Watch History - New option to force videos to show up in your YouTube watch history (Settings → Videos) - YouTube requires users to manually start each video, so this option disables Unwatched’s play button until the video starts (ensure you’re logged into your account in the in-app browser) - Turning this off will use a YouTube privacy mode, which also hides the channel logo in the corner # Temporarily Speed Up Playback - Enter horizontal fullscreen on iPhone (rotate device or tap the arrow next to the speed control) - Tap on the side outside the player to show controls - While holding down on the playback speed, the video will play at 2x # Accessibility - Dynamic type support - Added accessibility labels # New Settings ## Videos - Enhance chapters by merging chapters provided by SponsorBlock (nothing will be skipped automatically; only affects the chapter list) - Automatically refresh on startup and at regular intervals - Show “queue first” as a button inside the inbox - Show triage context menu in Queue ## Appearance - Light player in light mode - “Expansive” video list format option ## Playback - Enter horizontal fullscreen on play (does not affect #shorts) - Return to queue on play/watched - Force YouTube watch history - Swap "next" with "continuous play" button ## User Data - Don’t back up all watched videos # More - New FAQ/help view - Holding a Plus/Max-sized iPhone horizontally now enters the same fullscreen mode as smaller devices - Small UI, wording, & translation adjustments (duration & published date should be clearer now) - Show playback progress in player - Where possible, the rough duration is shown based on chapters (e.g. “10:13+” means the last chapter starts at 10:13) - “Next video” replaces “continuous play” button in player - Increased max video limit when adding a playlist to the queue from 50 to 1250 - Choose between “add” or “replace” when importing subscriptions from YouTube (useful if you want Unwatched to reflect changes you’ve made on YouTube) - Backup now includes app settings - Hide options that were unavailable on iPad - Added version & build number in settings # Fixes - Fix: “Add channel” button missing in in-App browser for some channels - Fix: Monochromatic color theme - Fix: Video duration not loading properly when loading in the player (sadly not part of the RSS feed) - Fix: Adding playlist videos when a deleted video is included - Fix: Sleep timer stopped when entering horizontal fullscreen - Fix: Ensure current video is the top most one after starting the app - Fix: Shorts detection is saved in backup - Fix: Drop video area in in-App browser was interfering with split view - Fix: Don’t show chapters if there’s only a single one - Fix: macOS being unresponsive - Fix: macOS crash when opening in-app browser |
